Lori studied Integrated Sciences in Ottawa and has spent her career working with a Global Fortune 500 Life Sciences company. She shares the passion of being part of a team that cares about sustainability, community and inclusion.
Vice President
Sylvie recently retired from a position as Director, Contracts, Risk and Legal Matters, as well as Privacy Officer for a number of companies specialized in high voltage power line design and construction. She also studied food and plant sciences at university. Sylvie is an avid gardener and nature lover.
Secretary, Treasurer
Karen studied Business Admin at MSVU and went on to obtain a CGA qualification. She returned to the South Shore after 30 years living and working in Europe - the last 10 of which were building and operating a small-holding in Italy.
Board Member at Large
Forest is a heart-led human who takes action with compassion. They are a permaculture homesteader, an herbalist, a death doula, and is hands-on with all things green and earthy. They believe that the better world we all deserve starts within our communities.
