The Food Hub will provide a walk-in pantry where the visitors can get better access to quality food including fresh produce, dairy products, frozen meals and non-perishable food items as well as household and hygiene items. The Hub will be located at The Water Market, 237 Victoria Road, Lunenburg, NS.
We broke ground on July 21, 2025 and the building was delivered in August and is now weathertight. Siding has gone on the hub and the roof! Electrical is hooked up - yes, we have light!!! Interior work is underway and expect to be finished soon. Ramp and loading dock should start very soon!!! The goal remains to opening this to those in need by mid-December! Let's make this happen community!!!
